The Fix is looking for two business-development and marketing executives—an East Coast and a West Coast representative—to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our Rehab Helpline, which connects callers in search of addiction treatment with facilities in our network. In increasing Helpline volume, you will be responsible for forging relationships with mental-health professionals, primary-care physicians, HR directors and others in similar roles to connect their clients and employees who need help choosing an addiction treatment facility to The Fix’s Helpline.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in the rehab industry is preferred, and a minimum of five years' general experience in marketing and business development is required. This is a high-profile position in which you'll often be functioning as the face of The Fix. We offer a competitive compensation package on a contractual basis with the possibility of a full-time position after proven performance. If you are ready to work for a fun, fast-paced startup seeking to change the way the rehab industry does business, please send a cover letter and resume, with salary requirements, to Helpline Director Melanie Haber, at melanie@thefix.com.

This SoCal rehab fosters a regimented but respectful recovery environment, where teens learn how to live sober through plenty of 12-step meetings and life-skills classes—not to mention "equine-assisted psychotherapy" and mixed martial arts.
