A source tells Fox News that Oxycontin was brought in. In March, Lohan, 26, pleaded no contest to reckless driving and lying to a police officer. She accepted a plea deal of a fine, 30 days of community service, 18 months of psychological counseling, and rehab. Her transfer to Malibu was approved by prosecutors, who agreed the star could spend the remainder of her 90-day rehab sentence there. Before she first checked in, Lohan expressed skepticism and implied it was a waste of time. “I don’t think I need to be on lockdown for three months. I don’t think that’s rehab,” she told Piers Morgan in an interview. “Constantly sending me to rehab is pointless. The first few times I was court-ordered to rehab, it was like a joke, like killing time.”
